What You Need When You Travel

Let's go travel again. This time I would like to share what I need and bring with me when I travel. We all know that travelling can be very tiresome especially if it requires too much walking. Do you know that I always bring with me something to eat when I go for a trip or sightseeing? I am a type that needs to eat at the right time because if not, I am getting a headache. I guess Ostrim protein products is a good food to bring when you travel. It is some sort of meat sticks and jerkee with high nutritional value and are less in fat content. I believed this is good for my diet plan. It is considered to be the number 1 sports nutrition meat snack. I guess I am getting some before I go home for a long vacation next month. I would like to try the teriyaki and barbeque flavors which are my favorite.

Lastly, I would like to share the photo above which was taken during a quick sightseeing in Knaresborough in England. This place is very interesting! Just a reminder, don't forget to bring something to eat especially when you travel for a very long journey. Have a safe trip!
