My Euro Travel at Birmingham, England

This photo was taken in front of Birmingham Town in Birmingham, England Hall. I had a visit in England for three weeks last October 27 to November 17, 2008. With this span of time I was enabled to visit some cities and towns here. Birmingham is one of the cities that I visited. My friend live around 20 minutes by bus near this city where I also stayed for some days. I can say that it was a great and memorable trip.

Birmingham (en-uk-Birmingham.ogg pronunciation (help·info), /ˈbɝːmɪŋəm/ BəH-ming-əm) is a city and metropolitan borough in the West Midlands county of England. Birmingham is the most populous of England's core cities, and is the second-most populous British city, with a population of 1,010,200 (2005 estimate). Often considered to be the second city of the United Kingdom, the City of Birmingham forms part of the larger West Midlands conurbation, which has a population of 2,284,093 (2001 census) and includes several neighbouring towns and cities, such as Solihull, Wolverhampton and the towns of the Black Country.

Birmingham Town Hall is a Grade I listed concert and meeting venue in Victoria Square, Birmingham, England. It was created as a home for the Birmingham Triennial Music Festival established in 1784, the purpose of which was to raise funds for the General Hospital, after St Philip's Church (later to become a Cathedral) became too small to hold the festival, and for public meetings. Between 2002 and 2008, it was refurbished into a concert hall and is now used for performances as diverse as organ recitals, rock, pop and classical concerts and events such as graduation ceremonies for Aston University. source: wikipedia
