My Euro Travel-Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament in London

Another dream come true! I finally saw the famous Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament in London, England. Even the cold winter time cannot stop tourists and visitors to see these famous landmarks of London. The Big Ben which is also called Clock Tower is the biggest clock I had ever seen. It was an amazing experience!

Big Ben is the nickname for the great bell of the clock at the north-eastern end of the Palace of Westminster in London,[1] and is often extended to refer to the clock or the clock tower as well. Big Ben is the largest four-faced chiming clock and the third-tallest free-standing clock tower in the world. It celebrated its 150th anniversary in May 2009 (the clock itself first ticking on 31st May), during which celebratory events took place.

The nearest London Underground station is Westminster on the Circle, District and Jubilee lines.
