The BER months finally begins and I am happily welcoming the month of September! Inspite the challenges I already experienced during the first day of this month, I am always hopeful it will still be great one! I love challenges and without it, my life is boring! yay!
The month of August has been a wonderful one! With regards to my Europe travels and adventures, I visited four countries in the Baltic region and part of Scandinavia including Stockholm, Helsinki, St. Petersburg and Tallinn. It was indeed a wonderful cruise trip in this side of Europe.
I also celebrated my big day successfully. I believed, I had already done my part last month. I am very grateful for all the blessings and graces I received from up above. Thanks also to good friends who made it happened especially those who helped me prepared for my thanksgiving birthday. I truly appreciate it.
So where's really the destination for this month. I should keep this secret but I guess it is time to share it now. I will be exploring Toskana or Tuscany this month. This trip has been planned and booked for almost two months now.
It will be a 7-days trip in Tuscany. Among the places and cities included in the itinerary are Carrara, Portovenere, Firenze or Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Sienna. I believed these places are so interesting that I can't wait to visit it soon. This is quite an adventure again because I will be travelling alone but with a group of the the most travelled people in the world. Any idea?
I have been to many places in Italy and even visited Venice five times but this will be my first time in Tuscany. I will see what will surprise me to those places. I want to find time to gather all the must-see sights in these places as well. I partly read my Europe Travel guide book and found out that these places are really worth to see!
I guess, I have to slowly sign-off now. Thanks Goodness for the blessings this first week of September.
Feel free to browse my other travels in Italy here. Wishing all my readers and visitors a wonderful month of September!

Itinerary of My Euro Travel to Paris, France
I would to share the itinerary of our short vacation last week. It is a short but unforgettable one because I finally visited Paris, France! I also forgot to notice that it is already the first day of April. Another month is here! Time is running so quickly! Anyway just sharing for now, the itinerary of our short vacation for purposes of my own records or I would say a short diary.
March 26, 2009: I already woke-up late. After taking our brunch, we drove to Ramstein Miesenbach, a town in Kaiserslautern to also visit good friends whom we did not seen for almost a year. It is around 4 hours drive from where we live.
March 27, 2009: Our friend from Ramstein drove us to Zweibrücken, a city in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, on the Schwarzbach river at the border of the Palatinate forest. We went shopping at Designer's Outlet and really had good deals.
March 28, 2009: We woke-up at 1:30 am to get ready for our trip to Paris at 4:00 am. We arrived at Paris at around 10:30 am. The bus trip was really good. Paris is very interesting and offers a lot of things especially its point of interest in the city. We went around by bus and our tour guide was telling us the different sightseeing there. Great sights such are Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Arc de Triumph, Hotel des Invalides, Musse d' Orsay, Palais de Chaillot, Grand Palais, St. Germain des Pres, Pantheon, Palace of Justice, La Bourse de Commerce are only some of the sightseeing we visited and passed through while riding the bus. We spent most of the time in Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum and Notre Dame. We had a dinner at Escarmouche Restaurant. The waitresses who served us were really very customer oriented and friendly. We also spent a cruise at Seine River for around one and a half hour. We were able to see Paris by night even not all lights were lit because Paris participated on Earth Day. Eiffel Tower also had dim lights at that time. It still look great. We already left Paris at around 11:00 PM. We arrived Kaiserslautern in Germany at around 5:00 am on March 29. I would like to especially extend my warmest gratitude and appreciation to my dear friend, Liway and family for the accommodation and everything! Your such great hosts!
March 29, 2009: After sleeping for some hours we went to Ramstein US Base and had a brunch at Kids Zone with a huge pizza and fried chicken wings. At night, we also went bowling and had a dinner there. It was an enjoyable night.
March 30, 2009: Time to go back home! After taking our breakfast, we had a great conversation with Liway and drove back home. It was a short but great and memorable vacation especially seeing good friends again.
We should normally start our vacation on March 25 till March 31, 2009. Due to my husband's doctor's appointment last March 25, our vacation started March 26. I guess it is getting midnight again! I will share more photos from our Paris trip next time. Have a great beginning of the month! take care everyone!
